Susan M. Lattanzi, PT
Susan Lattanzi received her Physical Therapy Degree in 1976 from Boston University’s Sargent College of Allied Health Professions. Following graduation, she worked at Mt. Auburn Hospital, first as a staff physical therapist and then as Supervisor of Ambulatory Physical Therapy. While at Mt. Auburn, she developed her interests and skills in orthopedics and spinal care, studying with leading authorities in this area. She initiated and developed a Back School program, focusing on injury prevention and patient education.
In 1983, Susan started her private practice where she continued her interests in the treatment of spinal disorders, as well as general orthopedics. In addition, she has a very special interest in the treatment of patients with Multiple Sclerosis.
Susan is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Massachusetts Chapter of the APTA. She is also a member of the Orthopedic and Sports Section as well as the Private Practice Section of the APTA.
Susan is married with two sons. In her free time she enjoys photography, gardening, and kayaking.
Cheryl E. Ehrenkranz, PT
Cheryl Ehrenkranz is a graduate of Simmons College School of Physical Therapy. She has practiced in a variety of settings from acute care to rehabilitation. She was supervisor of outpatient physical therapy at New England Rehabilitation Hospital where she managed 20 physical therapists. Cheryl’s career also brought her to Brazil where she lived for a period of time treating patients and becoming proficient in Portuguese.
Cheryl’s interests have always been in orthopedic physical therapy. As an avid swimmer and dancer, she feels these activities, combined with her interests in movement, give her a keen awareness and understanding of movement disorders, which she conveys to her patients.
Cheryl has worked at Mt. Auburn Physical Therapy Associates over 25 years and feels lucky to have chosen a profession she loves.
Cheryl is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Massachusetts Chapter of the APTA as well as a member of the Orthopedic Section of the APTA.
Catherine Walls, PT, DPT, OCS
Catherine Walls received her Physical Therapy Degree from Russell Sage College in New York and her Master’s Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. Catherine completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree at Simmons College in Boston.
An APTA certified orthopedic specialist, Cathy has extensive experience treating orthopedic injuries and conditions. She has worked with patients of all ages, from adolescents and young adults looking to return to activities and sports, all the way to seniors looking to return to full activity. Her work is an invaluable asset to the practice.
In addition to working in a variety of health care settings, Cathy also taught in the Physical Therapy Assistant Programs at Fisher College and Lasell College.
Cathy is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Massachusetts Chapter of the APTA as well as a member of the Sports Section of the APTA.
Cathy is a great admirer and student of American History and enjoys summers with her family on the coast of Maine.
